Seramik kaplama sanayinde desen teknolojileri ve uygulamaları

Abstract

Seramik Kaplama Sanayinde Desen Teknolojileri ve Uygulamaları? isimli çalışmam dört ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde Seramik kaplama (karo) nedir? Karo çeşitleri, Seramik karolarda güvenlik şartları, ürün grupları ve kapsamlarına da değinilmiş, bu konular hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde seramik karo seçimi, seramik karoların kullanım alanlarına ve seramik karoların tercih edilme nedenlerine değinilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise, seramik kaplama sanayinde desen aktarım teknolojileri; serigraf (ipek baskı) baskı, rotatif sistemler, dijital baskı sistemleri ve dekal sistemleri tanıtılmıştır. Dördüncü ve son bölüm olan ?Desen Aktarım Teknolojileri ile yapılan Uygulamalar? bölümünde rotatif baskı sisteminin ve düz elek sisteminin uygulamalarına yer verilmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde ise desen aktarım teknolojilerinden kısaca bahsedilmiş ve yapmış olduğumuz tez çalışmamızın gerek endüstri gerekse eğitim ortamı için amacı belirtilmiştir.
