İlaç Sektöründe Kalite Fonksiyon Göçerimi(KFG) Matrisinin Oluşturulması

Abstract

Toplam Kalite Yönetimi (TQM), mudaların sıfır olması ve yapılan islemin maksimum oranda amaca hizmet etmesi felsefesi ile olustugundan dolayı üretim ve pazarlama, hatta tasarıma destek olma konusunda insanlıga destek saglamaktadır. Üretilen malın tüketici tarafından çekilmesi, amaca hizmet eden tasarımlar yaratılması ve atıl mamul olmaması için Toplam Kalitenin bir parçası olan QFD teknigi üretim ve pazarlama konusunda hizmete hazır bir sistemdir. Bu çalısmada, Kalite Gelistirme Teknikleri' nden müsteri beklentileri ve buna baglı olarak da müsteri memnuniyetini esas alan Kalite Fonksiyon Göçerimi (KFG) - QFD tekniginin; saglık sektörünün en önemli parçası olan ilaç sektöründe, uygulanabilirligi degerlendirilmistir. Since total quality management consists of the philosophy that helps process to achieve the goal and ensuring zero-based misproduction, it provides support in production and marketing even in design technology. Moreover, QFD technique which is a ready-to-serve system in production and marketing issues as an integral part of total quality in order to uptake of finished product and to create designs to attain the goal. This study assesses the applicability of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) technique, which is mainly based on customer satisfaction, and therefore, on customer expectations.
