Giysi kalıplarının hazırlanması üzerine bilgisayar destekli bir eğitim programının geliştirilmesi

Abstract

Giysi kalıpçılığı derslerinde kalıpların çizimi ve bu kalıpların dikilmiş haldeki görüntüsünü anlatırken eğitimciler, not alırken de öğrenciler zorluk çekmektedir. Öğrencinin önce üç boyutlu giysiyi oluşturan kalıpların iki boyutlu düzlemdeki görüntüsünü, daha sonra da elde edilen kalıplardan giysinin oluşumunu hayal etmesi gerekir. İki boyutlu düzlemde anlatılan bu gibi konuların herkes tarafından anlaşılması aynı derecede kolay olmamakta ve zaman almaktadır. Bu çalışmada, iki boyutlu düzlemde hazırlanmış giysi kalıplarının dikilmiş gibi bir araya getirilmesini sağlayan bilgisayar destekli bir eğitim paket programı geliştirilmiştir. Hazırlanan programın; e-öğretim uygulamasına destek olması, giysi kalıplarını görselleştirmesi ve kalıbı yeni öğrenen kişilere yardımcı olması hedeflenmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı kapsamında, ayrıntılardan arındırılmış bilgisayar çizimleri ve bu alandaki fotoğrafların çoğunda olduğu gibi üçüncü boyutunu kaybetmemiş canlandırmalar yoluyla giysi kalıpçılığı temelini daha hızlı, kolay anlatmak ve kavratmak yer almaktadır. Bunun için foto-gerçekçi nesneler, animasyonlar, görsel ve sesli materyallerden faydalanılmıştır. Çalışmada materyal olarak farklı etek ve pantolon modelleri seçilmiştir. Etek ve pantolon modellerinin iki boyutlu kalıplarının oluşturulması için iki boyutlu CAD(Computer Aided Design) sistemi kullanılmıştır. Geliştirilen eğitim programında yer alan üç boyutlu materyallerin oluşturulması ve oluşturulan bu materyalleri kullanıcıya aktarmada kullanılacak arayüzün tasarlanması için en uygun yazılımlar seçilmiştir. Çalışmada 3DS Max, V-Stitcher, Cult3D, Adobe Flash CS4 Professional programları kullanılmıştır. Anahtar Sözcükler: Giysi, giysi simülasyonu, uzaktan eğitim During the lectures on garment pattern, the lecturers are in difficulty while they explain how to draw the patterns and the preview of these patterns as if they are sewn and the learners are in difficulty while they take notes. Learners must imagine firstly two dimensional view of the three dimensional garment patterns and secondly the constitution of the garment from the obtained patterns. Understanding the subjects when they are explained with two dimensional sketches is not easy for everybody and it takes long time. The goal of this study is to load the garment patterns onto the computer and then develop software that combines the patterns as if they're sewn. The aim of this software is to support the use of e-learning, to help students and professionals who begin pattern learning and to visualize the garment patterns. The aim of this study also includes facilitating the teaching and understanding of the garment pattern basics in an easier and faster way by computer-based drawings free of many details and with the usage of 3D animations like most of the photographs in this area. To achieve these, photo-realistic objects, animations, visual and sonorous materials are used. In this study, different skirt and trouser models are considered. The skirt and trouser models are obtained on two dimensional CAD (Computer Aided Design) system. The most appropriate programs are selected to prepare the three dimensional models and to design the interface which will be used to present all developed materials.
