Kaplansky's theorem for vector bundles

We prove structural results relative to the_x000B_different generalization of vector bundles in terms of certain filtrations of locally_x000B_countably generated quasi-coherent sheaves. In the case in which the vector bundles_x000B_are built from the class of projective R-modules, our structural theorem yields a version_x000B_of Kaplansky?s Theorem for infinite dimensional vector bundles on these special_x000B_projective schemes.
