Bilgisayar destekli maden işletme tasarımının kalker ocaklarına uygulanması

Abstract

Bu çalısmada, kalker sahasının bilgisayar ortamında modellemesi ve açık isletme_x000B_ocak tasarımı yapılmıstır. Bilgisayar ortamında özel bir maden yazılımı olarak maden_x000B_modelleme programı kullanılmıstır. Kullanılan program hakkında bilgiler verilmistir._x000B_Kalker sahasına ait sondajlardan olusturulan analiz verileri ile bilgisayar_x000B_programında sahada bulunan cevhere ait variogram modeller olusturulmustur._x000B_Olusturulan variogram modeller sayesinde edinilen bilgiler ile sahanın jeoistatistiği_x000B_yapılmıstır._x000B_Bu tez çalısması kapsamında jeoistatistik islemleri sonucunda blok model_x000B_olusturulmus, açık isletmenin ocak tasarımı yapılmıs ve ardından üretim_x000B_planlamasına geçilmistir. Hazırlanan üretim planına ait veriler raporlanarak çalısma_x000B_içinde verilmistir. In this study, a computer based open pit design had been performed for a quarry_x000B_that provides raw material to a cement factory. A special mining software were used_x000B_and details about the computer programme had been given in following chapters._x000B_The data obtained from the core drilling performed at limestone area, was_x000B_organised to evaluate spatial distribution of the limestone. For this reason, variogram_x000B_analysis were performed on the raw data._x000B_In this thesis, using the results obtained from the Geostatistical calculations, block_x000B_models were formed, an open pit design was created and then production planing_x000B_was carried out. Reports from production plans were then used to provide mine_x000B_scheduling.
