Endüstriyel süt sığırcılığı tesisleri için uygun taşıyıcı sistem seçeneklerinin araştırılması

Abstract

Endüstriyel süt sığırcılığının XX. ve XXI. yüzyıllarda gelişmesiyle ortaya çıkan barınak ve ek tesis yapılanmalarının, fonksiyon ilişkileri açısından genel planlamaları bu tez kapsamında ele alınan konulardan biri olacaktır. Bu ek yapıların en önemlilerinden biri olan sağmal hayvan ahırının, fonksiyon ve ihtiyaçlar göz önünde bulundurularak, taşıyıcı sistem seçeneklerinin araştırılması ve değerlendirilmesi de tez kapsamında ele alınmıştır._x000B_Endüstriyel süt sığırcılığı tesislerinde, verimliliği ve hijyen şartlarını iyileştirmek adına barınakların fiziksel yapılarını, fonksiyon ve konfor şartlarını doğru değerlendirerek planlamalar yapmak gerekmektedir. Bu planlamaların doğru taşıyıcı sistemler ile oluşturulması da ayrıca önem kazanmaktadır. Planlama ihtiyaçlarına uygun farklı taşıyıcı sistemler üzerinde çalışarak, maliyet açısından genel değerlendirme yapılacaktır._x000B_Bu araştırma ve değerlendirme çalışması beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölüm olan giriş bölümünde, araştırmanın amaç ve kapsamı belirtilerek, çalışmanın oluşturulmasında izlenen yöntem hakkında bilgi verilmiştir._x000B_Bölüm ikide; endüstriyel süt sığırcılığı hakkında genel bilgiler, bu tip tesislerin vaziyet planı kurguları ve genel bütünü oluşturan alt birimlerin fonksiyonlarının plan şemaları ile tarif edilmesi, yurt içi ve yurt dışı örneklerle desteklenerek gerçekleştirilmiştir._x000B_Araştırmanın üçüncü bölümünde, endüstriyel süt sığırcılığı tesislerinin önemli bileşenlerinden biri olan, sağmal hayvan ahırı binası daha detaylı olarak ele alınmıştır. Dahili fonksiyonlardan ve binalar arası genel ilişkiden kaynaklanan plan yapılanmasının taşıyıcı sisteme yansımaları araştırılmıştır. Farklı taşıyıcı sistem çözümlerinin taşıyıcı eleman boyutlandırmasına etkileri ve bunun maliyete yansıması irdelenmiştir._x000B_Dördüncü bölümde, seçilen farklı taşıyıcı sistem çözümlerinin maliyet ve uygulanabilirlik açısından karşılaştırılması yapılmıştır._x000B_Araştırmanın beşinci bölümü olan sonuç bölümünde, çalışma kapsamında elde edilen tüm bulgulara dayanarak, endüstriyel süt sığırcılığı tesislerindeki sağmal hayvan ahırı binasında, fonksiyonlardan ve belirtilen diğer şartlardan kaynaklanan, geniş açıklık geçen, taşıyıcı sistem çözümlerinin maliyet açısından değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. The general planning, in terms of their functions, of the structures of cow barns and additional facilities emerged with the development of industrilized milking cow breeding in the XX. and XXI. centuries, together with the research and evaluation for some suitable structural system alternatives for one of the most important structures, the milking cow barn, taking into consideration its functions and the related needs, are two topics undertaken in this thesis._x000B_Some planning has to be done in the industrilized milking cow breeding facilities, in order to be able to improve the productivity and hygiene conditions, with a good evaluation of their physical structure, functions and comfort conditions. The development of that planning with the right structural systems is another important issue. A general cost evaluation will be made by working on different structural systems appropriate to the needs._x000B_This research and evaluation study is composed of five chapters. In the introduction, which is the first chapter, the objectives and the scope of the research are explained, together with the methods used throughout the study._x000B_In chapter two; besides a general information about the industrilized milking cow breeding, site plans of this kind of facilities and the schemes of the sub-units that form the complete structure are defined, sustained by examples at home and abroad._x000B_In the third chapter of the research; the milking cow barn, which is one of the important components of the industrilized milking cow breeding facilities, is approached in a more elaborated way. The repercussions of the planning resulting from the inner functions and the connections between the buildings are studied. Also, the impact of different structural systems analysis on the dimensioning of the elements and its impact on the costs are examined._x000B_In the fourth chapter, a comparison between different carrier systems is made in terms of cost and applicability._x000B_In the fifth chapter of the research, which is the conclusion, a cost evaluation is done for the structural systems with a long span resulting from the functions and the other conditions emphasized, in the milking cow barn built in the industrilized milking cow breeding facilities, according to the findings reached throughout the study.
