Oksitli çinko cevherlerinin değerlendirilme olanaklarının araştırılması

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasının amacı oksitli çinko cevherinin yoğunluğa göre ve flotasyon yöntemiyle zenginleştirilmesinin araştırılmasıdır._x000B_Cevherin yoğunluğa göre zenginleştirilmesinde santrifüj ayırıcılardan Multi gravite seperatör ve Knelson konsantratörü kullanılmıştır. Farklı tane boyutlarında ve cihaz parametreleri değiştirilerek optimum koşullar tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır._x000B_Flotasyon yönteminde oksitli çinko cevherinin, kabul edilebilir tenör ve yüksek verimde flotasyonu için etkin olan parametreler araştırılmıştır. Flotasyon çalışmalarında cevherin karakteristik özelliğine bağlı bir yol izlenmiş, en uygun flotasyon koşulları belirlenmesi için çalışmalar yapılmıştır. The aim of this study is investigating the beneficiation of oxidized zinc ore by gravitional methods and flotation._x000B_Multi gravity separator and Knelson concentrator are used as high gravity separators for gravitational processing methods. Optimum experimental parameters were obtained by studying different particle sizes and device parameters._x000B_In flotation studies of the oxidized zinc ore, optimum parameters were investigated to achieve acceptable zinc grade and recovery. The experimental procedure was decided according to the characteristics of the zinc ore for the flotation test.
