Abstract:
Mekanik traktör uygulamalarında traktörün ileri geri hareketini yapması için operatörün debriyaj pedalına basmak suretiyle ileri-geri vites kolunu istediği pozisyona getirerek traktörü kullanması sağlanmaktadır._x000B_Powershuttle projesi kapsamında, debriyaj pedalına basmaksızın traktörün ileri geri hareketini tamamlaması amaçlanmaktadır. Böylece operatör uzun çalışma saatleri boyunca sürüş esnasında elini direksiyon üzerinden ayırmadan aracın ileri geri hareket etmesini sağlayabilecektir._x000B_Bu proje kapsamında yerli bir traktörde kullanılan şanzıman gövdesine göre en uygun tasarım yapılmış ve bu tasarımın mekanik hesapları da tamamıyla tasarıma uygun olacak şekilde hesaplanmıştır. Bunun yanında tasarım esnasında sızdırmazlık, montaj, üretilebilirlik gibi pek çok faktör göz önünde tutulmuştur. Yapılan mekanik hesapları sıralanacak olursa;_x000B_? Thus, during the long working hours, operators could provide back and forth movement of the tracktor, without separating their hands from the steering wheel._x000B_In this project contents, according to transmission case, which is used for a local tractor, the most suitable design have been made and also the mechanical calculations have been made to be completely suitable with this design.
