Ergonomik fonksiyonel sütyen tasarımı

Abstract

Spor sütyenler, fiziksel aktivite sırasındaki göğüs hareketlerini etkili bir şekilde kontrol etmek için tasarlanmaktadırlar. Bu tez kapsamında, bayanların spor yaparken ihtiyaç duydukları spor sütyenlerin seçiminde ve kullanımında, giderek daha önemli hale gelen bileşenlerin değerlendirilmesine çalışılmış, bu konuda literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Çalışmada, tasarım özellikleri ve seçilen malzemelerin kombinasyonuyla spor yapan bayanlara, göğüse sağlanan desteğin arttırılması amacıyla prototip bir sporcu sütyen tasarlanmıştır. Tasarlanan ve üretilen bu prototip sütyen, piyasada yaygın olarak kullanılan iki ticari sütyen markası ile spor yapan bayanlar üzerinde giyim denemelerine tabi tutulmuştur. Deney sonrası deneklere ayrıca bir anket çalışması daha uygulanmış ve bu anket çalışması da istatistiksel olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Sports bras are designed to control the breast movements efficiently in the course of physical activity. Hereby with this study, there have been some further studies on analyzing and developing of the components of sports bras, which have become more significant for women while exercising. The purpose is to design a new sports bra prototype which supports the breasts of sports women well by means of design and the components used. After the literature researches, a new prototype bra has been designed and produced. Also, two different sports bras, which have well-known brands, have been bought. All three types of bras have been tried on by six different participants while both running and walking. After the trials, the participants have been asked to fill in our questionnaire. The statisictical analysis and results of the study are given in conclusion.
