Aliağa bölgesinde oluşan kıyı erozyonu nedenleri

Abstract

Dünyada olduğu gibi, Türkiye'de de kıyı alanları yerleşimin en fazla olduğu ve yaşamsal olarak birçok açıdan önem ihtiva eden alanlardır. Bu çalışmada, genel olarak kıyı ve kıyı alanlarını etkileyen parametreler tanımlanmış, özellikle kıyıda meydana gelmiş olan erozyon, kıyı değişimine etkisi olan doğal sebepler ve insan aktiviteleri incelenerek, araştırmamıza uyarlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu bilgilerin ışığında İzmir ili, Aliağa ilçesi, Güzelhisar Deresi ağzı ve güney sahilinin genel durum bilgisi verilerek, kıyı değişimi saptamaları Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemlerinden (CBS) de yararlanılarak ifade edilmiş, değişimin nedenleri incelenmiştir. İncelememiz dört ana bölümden oluşmuştur. Birinci bölümde kıyı ile ilgili tanımlar, kıyı bölgelerinin değişimini etkileyen faktörlerin genel tanımlanması yapılarak, çalışma alanın coğrafi, tarihi, jeolojik durumu bölge kıyılarını etkileyen faktörlerin anlatımları yapılmıştır. İkinci bölümde, materyal ve yöntem başlığı altında Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemleri kullanılarak değişim görsel ve rakamsal olarak sunulmuştur. Üçüncü bölümde bulgular incelenmiş, doğal etmenler, bölgedeki kıyı alanı madencilik çalışmaları, CBS hesaplamaları belirtilmiştir. Dördüncü ve son bölümde değerlendirme, tartışma adı altında toplanan veriler, değerler yorumlanmış, öneriler verilerek çalışma sonuçları özetlenmiştir. The coastal zones have dense population and important for the living in Turkey, like other coastal zones in the world. In this study, the parameters that affect the coastal zones are described, especially the erosion taking place in the coastal zones, the natural reasons causing coastal changes and human activities were investigated, and was adopted to the our research. Depending on this information, general status of the Guzelhisar Stream mouth and south beach in Izmir, Aliaga is given, and the coastal changes are described by the Geographical Information Systems (GIS), and the reasons of these changes are investigated. Our study consists of four main section. In the first section, the definitions related with the coast, the factors affecting the change of the coastal zones are described. The geographical, geological and historical factors affecting the study region are given. In the second section, under the topic of material and method, the changes are shown visually and numerically by using the GIS. In the third section, the findings are investigated, natural reasons, the mine activities at the coastal zone, and GIS calculation in the region are specified. In fourth and the last section, under the topic of evaluation and discussion, the collected data are interpreted and the study are concluded by giving suggestions.
