Abstract:
Kablosuz veri toplama yöntemi ile mekanik sistemlerin durum izlemesi içerikli bu çalışmada, bir prototip makinenin belirli bölgelerinden sıcaklık ve titreşim değerleri okunarak kablosuz veri iletimi ile bir kontrol merkezine aktarılmaktadır. Bu veriler kontrol merkezinde bir yazılım aracılığıyla değerlendirilerek sistemde problem olup olmadığı gözlemlenmektedir. Bu işlem için bir adet alıcı ve bir adet de verici ünite hazırlanmıştır. Verici ünite, bağlandığı mekanik sistem üzerinden üç adet sıcaklık ve bir adet titreşim değerini okuyarak RF sinyale çevirmektedir. Buna bağlı olarak Alıcı ünite, vericiden gönderilen sinyali anteni ile okuyarak kontrol programına aktarmaktadır. Kontrol programı Visual Basic programlama dili ile yazılmış olup, kablosuz iletim ile okunan ve sistemin durumunu gösteren verileri görsel olarak ekrana yansıtan bir arayüze sahiptir. Bu arayüz üzerinde sistemden okunan üç adet sıcaklık değeri ve titreşim değerini gösteren grafikler aracılığıyla çalışan sistemin durumunu gösteren kontrol ekranı yer almaktadır. Sistemde herhangi bir problem yaşanması halinde bu ekranda gerekli uyarılar oluşmakta ve bu şekilde sistemin çalışma durumu sürekli kontrol edilmektedir. In this study on condition monitoring of mechanical systems via wireless data acqusition technique, temperature and vibration values on certain places of a prototype machine are read and transferred to a control system via wireless data transfer. This data is evaluated by means of a software in the control center if there is a problem observed in the system or not. For this purpose, one receiver unit and one transmitter unit were prepared. Transmitter unit reads three different temperature values and a vibration value form the mechanical system and convert them to RF signal. The receiver reads the signals sent by the transmitter using signal antenna and transfers them to the control program. The control program is written in Visual Basic programming language and has an interface which plots the data showing the condition of the system on the screen. On the interface, there is a control screen showing the condition of the working system via graphics that show these three temperature values and a vibration value. In case of a problem, necessary warnings appear on the screen and in this way the working condition is controlled continuously.
