Gazete dilinin son 60 yılda geldiği yer ve bunun Türkçe ders kitaplarının diliyle karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada gazete dilinin son altmış yılda geldiği yer ve bunun Türkçe ders kitaplarının diline yansımaları araştırıldı. Araştırmamızda 26 Eylül 1946 günlü gazetede 2502, 26 Eylül 2006 günlü gazetede 6071 birim belirlendi. 26 Eylül 1946 günlü gazetedeki 2502 birimin 86'sı deyim, 21'i kurum-kuruluş adı, 1'i atasözü, 2394'ü ise sözcük ve sözcük öbeğidir. 26 Eylül 2006 günlü gazetedeki 6071 birimin ise 331'ini deyimler, 99'unu kurum-kuruluş adları, 2'sini atasözleri, 5639'ini sözcük ve sözcük öbekleri oluşturmaktadır. Gazetelerde geçen bu ögelerin kökenlerine göre oranlanması, sözcük ve sözcük öbeklerinin sayısına göre yapıldı. Şu halde 26 Eylül 1946 günlü gazetede 2394 ögenin, 26 Eylül 2006 günlü gazetede ise 5639 ögenin kökenleri saptandı. 60 yıl içinde, Türkçe kökenli sözcüklerin kullanım oranının %45'ten %64'e çıktığı sonucuna varıldı. 1945-1946 ile 2005-2006 eğitim ve öğretim yıllarında kullanılan birer adet Türkçe ders kitabının dili incelendi. Türkçe ders kitaplarının dilinde, gazete diline oranla Türkçe kullanımı açısından sözcük seçiminde çok daha özenli olunduğu görüldü. Tezin sonunda, dilin varsıllaşması, öğrencilerin Türkçenin gücünün ayırdında bireyler olarak yetişmeleri için yapılabileceklerle ilgili önerilerde bulunuldu. Anahtar sözcükler: Dil, gazete dili, genel dil, Türkçe ders kitaplarının dili, sözcük, sözcük öbeği In this study, over the course of the past 60 years, the process of the newspaper language and its reflections on the Turkish textbooks is researched. 2502 items are determined in the September 26, 1946 issue of the newspaper, whereas 6071 items are determined in the September 26, 2006 issue. In the September 26, 1946 issue, the items are composed of; 86 idioms; 21 association-board names; 1 proverb; 2394 words and phrases. In the September 26, 2006 issue, there exist; 331 idioms; 99 association-board names; 2 proverbs; 5639 words and phrases. The number of the words and phrases units is taken as the basis to proportion their respective origins. Thus, 2394 units in the September 26, 1946 issue and 5639 units in the September 26, 2006 issue are searched for their origins. Through 60 years, an increase from 45% to %64 in the rate of use of Turkish is observed. The language of the Turkish textbooks that are used in 1945-1946 and 2005-2006 school years are surveyed. It is infered that the textbooks are more attentive than the newspapers regarding word choice. Finally, proposals are drawn for the enrichment of the language and to illuminate the students due to the capabilities of Turkish language.
