Bölgesel Üretim Sistemleri: Endojen Kalkınma Odaklı Bir Değerlendirme

Abstract

Genel olarak bölgenin homojen bir birim olarak düsünüldüğü, bölgede yer alan alansal alt sistemlerin pek fazla dikkate alınmadığı gözlenmektedir. Gerçeklestirilen alan çalısmalarının çoğunda bölgesel üretim sistemlerini tanımlayan olgular tek yönlü olarak ele alınmaktadır. Üzerinde fazla durulmayan bir diğer nokta, söz konusu sistemlerin endojen bölgesel kalkınmayla olan iliskileridir. Bu çalısma, bölgesel üretim sistemleri ve bu sistemlerin bölgesel kalkınma potansiyelleri üzerinde yoğunlasmaktadır. Teknoloji merkezleri, endüstriyel bölgeler, yenilikçi çevre ve esnek uzmanlasma yaklasımları çerçevesinde bu sistemlerin farklı türleri söz konusu olduğu gibi, örgütsel açıdan da farklı sekilleri bulunmaktadır. Usually, a region is considered as a homogenous territorial unit and the possibility that spatial sub-sets exist in the area considered is not taken into account. Besides, the majority of the case studies refer to a single one of the concepts describing territorial production systems (TPS). Moreover, their relations with endogenous regional development is taken no notice. This study focuses on TPS and their regional development potentials. There are different kinds of TPS in connection with technopole, industrial district, innovative milieu and flexible specialization approachs and also different organisational forms of TPS.
