dc.description.abstract	In the XIX. century, in Ottoman State, by the effect of west, many developments and reforms were occured in different fields. In education, new schools were opened, lecturers and scholars were appointed for every science. This was very important development in teaching Islamic sciences. Before, in a madrasa, a scholar was teaching every subject. In this paper, it was tried to introduce the scholars which taught tafsir.	en_US
