3 ŞUBAT 2002 SULTANDAĞI DEPREMİNİN YAPI MÜHENDİSLİĞİ YÖNÜNDEN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Afyon ve çevresinde 3 Şubat 2002 tarihinde, aletsel büyüklüğü Md=6.0 olan bir deprem meydana gelmiş, depremde 43 kişi hayatını kaybetmiş, 250 kişi yaralanmış, 9 Şubat 2002 tarihi itibarı ile yapılan değerlendirmelere göre 1401 adet bina tamamen yıkılmıştır. Deprem bölgesinde hasarlı pek çok yapı tuğla kagir, ahşap karkas veya kerpiç yapı türündedir. Çay belediyesi sınırları içerisinde bulunan henüz inşa halindeki toplam dokuz katlı bir betonarme yapı toptan göçmüş, sanayi sitesindeki betonarme binalar büyük hasar görmüştür. Bu çalışmada, Sultandağı depremine ait Afyon Bayındırlık ve İskan Müdürlüğü binasında bulunan SM-2 tipi sismogram ile kayıt edilmiş güçlü yer ivmelerinden elastik mukabele spektrumları elde edilmiş, yapısal hasarlar incelenmiştir. An earthquake with the magnitude of Md=6.0 occurred at Afyon and its vicinty on February 3rd, 2002 causing deaths of 43 people and injuring 250 people. Approximately 1401 buildings were destroyed. Most of the damaged structures in earthquake region are of brick masonary types. A nine storey reinforced concrete structure built in the boundaries of Çay municipality, also, totally collapsed. In this study , elastic response spectra are obtained from the strong ground accelerations of Sultandağı earthquake recorded by a SM-2 type seismogram located is present at Afyon Directorate of Works and Settlement building ,and the structural damages are investigated.
