İLKÖĞRETİM SOSYAL BİLGİLER ÖĞRETİMİNDE İNTERNET TABANLI ÖĞRETİM YÖNTEMİNİN DERS BAŞARISINA ETKİSİ

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, "İlköğretim Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretiminde İnternet Tabanlı Öğretim Yönteminin Ders Başarısına Etkisi"ni belirlemektir. Araştırmada, deneysel desenlerden "Öntest – Sontest Eşleştirilmiş Kontrol Gruplu Yarı Deneysel Desen" kullanılmıştır. Çalışma 42 ilköğretim 7. sınıf öğrencisi üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler, başarı testi ve yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile elde edilmiştir. Deneysel çalışma için Sosyal Bilgiler dersi 7. sınıf "Türk Tarihinde Yolculuk" ünitesi ile ilgili 28 maddeden oluşan başarı testi geliştirilmiştir. Testin güvenirlik katsayısı KR 20 .82 olarak bulunmuştur. Araştırmadan elde edilen verilere göre, internet tabanlı öğretim yöntemi kullanımı ile yapılan öğretim, öğrencilerin Sosyal Bilgiler dersine ilişkin akademik başarılarını artırmaktadır. \r\n\r\n ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the use of web based teaching in the Primary Education 7th grade Social Studies course and, to reflect the opinions of the students about the process. Among the experimental patterns, "Pretest-Posttest Paired Control Grouped Half-experimental Pattern" was used in the research. The work was carried out among 42 Primary Education 7th grade students. An achievement test of twenty eight items was developed about the unit of "Travel in History of Turkish" of the Social Studies course for the experimental practice. The reliability parameter of the test was found as KR 20 .82. The results of the research shows that, the teaching carried out by the use of web based teaching, increases the academic success on the Social Studies course.
