Ahkam tefsirlerinin usûl açısından mukayesesi: Cessas, Herrasi ve İbn Arabi örnekleri

Abstract

Ahkam tefsirleri, Kur'an'ın hüküm bildiren ayetlerinin açıklamasını yapan tefsirlerdir. Sahabe, vahyin indirilişinden itibaren anlamadığı ayetleri Hz. Peygamber'e sormuştur. İşte bu anlama faaliyeti Ahkam tefsirinin temellerini oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmamız giriş, iki bölüm ve bir sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Tezimizde Cessas, Herrasi ve İbn Arabi'nin tefsirlerinin mukayesesi yapılmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde Kur'an'ın ihtiva ettiği konular belirtilerek, Ahkam tefsirinin bağımsız olarak tedvin edildiği ifade edilmiştir. Ayrıca Ahkam tefsirinin gelişimi ve bazı ahkam tefsirlerinin tanıtımını yapılmıştır. Birinci bölümde Cessas, Herrasi ve İbn Arabi'nin tefsir, hadis, fıkıh, dil ve diğer faydalandıkları kaynaklar verilerek, müfessirlerin kullandıkları tefsir metotlarına ve muhkem, müteşabih, nasih, mensuh gibi usul konularına yaklaşımları gözler önüne serilmiştir. İkinci bölümde müfessirlerin hüküm çıkarmada dayandıkları Kur'an, sünnet, icma, kıyas gibi kaynakları ve bu kaynaklara yaklaşımları işlenmiştir. Bu bölümde ayrıca müfessirlerin diğer mezheplere yaklaşımları da ifade edilmiştir. Sonuçta Ahkam tefsirlerinde gördüğümüz bazı problemleri açıkladık The interpretation which to comment Quranic versicle on the fiqh are classifed as the interpretations of judgement. The companions of Prophet Muhammed asked confusing verses to him in the revelation period. These questions served as a basis for commentaries of judgement. Our study consists of introduction and two chapters and conclusion. In our thesis we made a comparison between commentaries of Cassas, Harrasi and İbn Arabi. In the introduction we noted shortly themes of the Quran and the factors which affect on the formation of exegesis of judgament independently. It is also mentioned improvement of the exegesis of the judgament and some examples of this kind of interpretation. In first chapter dealed with tafsır, hadis, fıkh, language and other sources that Cassas, Harrasi and Ibn Arabi are used in their commentaries. And it is explained commentator?s methods of tafsir and their opinions on the topics such as muhkem, mutaşabıh, nasih and mensuh. In the following chapter it is explaned the sources such as Quran, sunnah, icma and qıyas, and our commentator?s approaches to them. In the conclusion we expressed the some problems deal with the Interpretations of Judgement
