Türk lojistik sektöründe denizyolu taşımacılığının önemi ve sorunları

Abstract

Günümüzde müşteriler istek ve ihtiyaçlarını karşılarken almak istedikleri ürün ve hizmeti arzu ettikleri zamanda, yerde ve uygun fiyatta bulmayı istemekte, bulamadıkları zaman ise başka bir ürün veya hizmete yönelmektedirler. Bundan dolayı işletmeler adına ürün kalitesi ve çeşitliliğini arttırmak yeterli olmamaktaæ bu talepleri zamanında karşılamak gerekmektedir. Müşterilerin ihtiyaçlarına zamanında cevap vermek için en önemli araçlardan biri lojistik olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Lojistiğin işletmelere sağladığı en temel hizmet, doğru ürün ve hizmeti doğru yere, doğru zamanda ve uygun şartlarda ulaştırmaktır. Türkiye'nin, mevcut dünya ekonomisi içerisindeki yeri ve hedefleri açısından, gerek ithalat ve gerek ihracat olarak dış ticaretinin önemi tartışma götürmez bir gerçektir. Dış ticaretin varlığını sağlayan en önemli araçlardan biri de lojistiktir. Lojistik kavramı ülkemiz için çok yenidir. Önce ihracat ve ithalat ile sonra da büyük ölçekli perakendecilik ve elektronik ticaretle birlikte iyice öne çıkmıştır. Uluslararası anlamda en yaygın kullanılan taşıma türü, denizyolu taşımacılığıdır. Denizyolu taşımacılığı, taşıma türleri arasında en düşük maliyetli ve güvenli olanıdır. Çok büyük miktardaki ürünler ile konteynerlenebilen ürünler denizyolu ile taşınır. Türkiye hem jeopolitik hem de coğrafi konum itibarı ile deniz taşımacılığına çok uygun olmasına rağmen bu avantajlarını tam olarak kullanamamaktadır. Denizcilik hedeflerinin ülkemiz tarafından yeterince benimsenmemesi sebebiyle denizyolu taşımacılığında verimliliği olumsuz etkileyen çok çeşitli sorunlar yaşanmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı Türk lojistik sektöründe denizyolu taşımacılık alanında yaşanan sorunların ele alınması ve Türk denizyolu taşımacılığının önemini göstermektir. Tez çalışması kapsamında, konu hakkında verilen teorik bilgi ve gerçekleştirilen bir uygulama ile bu gösterilmektedir. If they couldn't find, they tend to buy another product and service. Therefore, it's not enough to increase the diversity and quality of the products for the companiesæ fulfilling these demands on time is the most important subject. The effective and convenient solution is logistics for fulfilling the customer's demands. The basic service that logistics serve to companies is, transport the right product and service to the right place, in the right time and appropriate conditions. It's definitely true that foreign trade of Turkey, in terms of export and also import is considerable for the goals and place in present world economy. The important factor that provides the existence of foreign trade is logistics. Logistics is a new concept in Turkey. It became more important with export and import, then with the retails of big scaled and electronics trade. Maritime transport is the type of transport which is prefered mostly in international arena. It's the most low cost and safe transport type. The products which can be containered and the hyper quantity of products transport with maritime. Turkey have a great important strategic location and also geopolitics importance and these factors are suitable for maritime transport, however Turkey could not use these advantages exactly. Because of not adopting the maritime rules and goals insufficiently, there are some kind of problems that effect the maritime transport negatively in Turkey. The purpose of this study is to show the problems of maritime transport and importance and place of maritime transport in Turkey. In extent of thesis study, it is indicated with theoretical knowledge that is given about the topic and an application that is made.
