AB Lizbon stratejisi ve uygulamalarinin Türkiye'nin ekonomi ve bilim-teknolojisi politikalarına etkisi

Abstract

Lizbon Stratejisi 2000 yılından itibaren AB'nin gündeminde yer almaktadır. Lizbon Stratejisi'nde belirlenen hedef ve uygulamalar stratejinin temelini oluşturmaktadır. Lizbon Stratejisi 2010 yılına kadar Avrupa'yı dünyanın en dinamik, en rekabetçi bilgi ekonomisine dönüştürmeyi hedefler. Avrupa'nın geleceği açısından oldukça önemli olan bu strateji sanayi, bilim-teknoloji, istihdam, rekabet ve eğitim gibi pek çok politika alanını etkilemektedir. Lizbon Stratejisi, sadece AB üye ülkelerinin izlediği bir gündem değil aynı zamanda AB üyeliğine aday ülkelerin de takip etmesi gereken bir süreci oluşturur. Bu çalışmada, AB üyeliğine aday olan diğer ülkelerde olduğu gibi Lizbon Stratejisi uygulamalarınınæ Türkiye'nin ekonomi ve bilim-teknolojisi politikalarına etkisi incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Targets and applications determined at the Lisbon Strategy have been constituted the base of this strategy. Lisbon Strategy aims at transforming Europe into the most dynamic and the most competitive, knowledge-based economy. This strategy, essential for the future of Europe, affects many policies like industry, science & technology, employment, competition research, and education. Lisbon Strategy is not only an agenda that EU member countries follow, but also it constitutes a process which EU candidate countries should follow. This work studies how applications of Lisbon Strategy affect Turkey's science and technology policies, as they affect other EU candidate countries.
