Lojistik yönetimi açısından Azerbaycan pazarının değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Lojistik, müşterilerin ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak üzere hammaddenin başlangıç noktasından, ürünün tüketildiği son noktaya kadar olan sürecin kontrol edilmesi olarak tanımlanabilir. Bu süreç, tedarik zincirinin içindeki malzemeleri, servis hizmetlerini ve bilgi akışının etkin ve verimli bir şekilde iki yöne doğru hareketini ve depolanmasını, planlanması ve uygulanmasını içerir. İşletmelerde lojistik yönetimi, müşteri ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda talep tahminleri ile başlamaktadır. Küreselleşme bir çok sektörleri etkilediği gibi lojistik sektörünü de etkilemektedir. Lojistik işletmeler küreselleşme ortamında daha iyi rekabet edebilmeli ve günümüz lojistik yeniliklerine açık olmalıdırlar. Azerbaycan coğrafi konumu itibariyle tarihi ipek yolu gibi önemli ticaret yollarının üzerinde bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca sahip olduğu yeraltı kaynakları, bunların çıkarılması, depolanması ve dağıtımı açısından Sovyetler Birliği'nden miras kalan önemli lojistik sistemlerine sahiptir. Bununla birlikte. Sovyetler Birliği'nin ani çöküşü tüm Türk Cumhuriyetleri'nde olduğu gibi Azerbaycan'da da ekonomik, sosyal ve siyasi alanlarda pek çok sorunun yaşanmasına sebep olmuştur. Bu sorunlar tabi ki lojistik sektörünü de etkilemiştir. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, Azerbaycan'da bulunan lojistik işletmelerinin ve Azerbaycan Hükümeti'nin, sektörün gelişimi için neler yapabileceğinin belirlenmesidir. Bu amaca ulaşabilmek için SWOT analizi yapılmıştır. Yapılan bu araştırma ile Azerbaycan'ın nasıl lojistik bir üs olabileceği konusunda ilgili kişi ve kurumların dikkatinin çekilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. This process includes the materials in the supply chain, services and the storage, planning, practice of information flow into two directions in an effective way. Logistic management in the companies begins with the prediction of customer demands. Globalization affects logistic sector as well as other sectors. Logistic companies should compete better in the environment of globalization and they should be open to the recent advancements of logistics. In this context it would be essential to perceive such advancements as ‘supply chain' and ‘E-logistic' better. According to its geographical position Azerbaijan is situated on important roads like the Historical Silk Way. Besides, Azerbaijan has inherited important logistic infrastructures from the Soviet Union which have used to take out, store and distribute the It's underground sources. On the other hand the sudden collapse of Soviets, as in many Turkish republics, caused Azerbaijan to experience problems in economic, social and political areas. Those problems certainly affected the logistic sector as well. The main goal of this study is to determine that what can the both logistic businesses which in the Azerbaijan and Azerbaijan Government do for improving the logistic sector. In order to achieve this goal, SWOT analyses have done. With this study, it is aimed to attract the attention of people and institutions to show them the way to make the Azerbaijan a logistic base.
