Takım çalışmasında başarıyı etkileyen unsurlar üzerine nitel bir araştırma

Abstract

Takım çalışması sayesinde firmalar sahip oldukları kaynakları çok daha verimli bir şekilde değerlendirme imkanı bulmaktadırlar. Bu durumun oluşumuna olanak veren en önemli etken, takım çalışması sayesinde elde edilen sonucun, onu oluşturan parçalardan daha büyük olmasıdır. Ancak her takım çalışması süreci sonucunda pozitif çıktılar elde edilmesi söz konusu değildir. Sözü edilen olumlu sonuçlara ulaşılması takım çalışmasının ne kadar başarılı ve etkin olduğu ile yakından ilgilidir.Takım çalışması sürecinde başarıyı etkileyen unsurlar olarak öne çıkan kavramlar, takım içerisinde yer alan güven, iletişim, yetki, roller, amaç ve hedefler şeklinde sıralanmaktadır. Gerçekten de uygulama bölümünde elde edilen sonuçlar da göstermektedir ki, sözü edilen unsurlar başarılı takımların sahip oldukları unsurlar olmakla beraber, takım üyelerinin de gerekliliklerini savundukları unsurlardır. Sayılan bu beş unsurun yanı sıra, ortak bir geçmişe sahip olmak ve takım içerisinde gönüllü olarak yer almak gibi kavramların da takım çalışmasında başarıyı etkileyen önemli değişkenler olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Firms are able to gain more productivity out of their resources through teamwork. The principle reason for this, is that teamwork produces a result that is more effective than the components of which it is composed. However, every teamwork process does not guarantee positive outcomes. The positive outcomes mentioned are closely related to the success and efficiency of the teamwork process. Those factors which can be distinguished as the affecting ones on the success of teamwork are, trust, communication, authority, roles, aims and goals. Indeed, according to the results of my research, successful teams contain all of the factors which are mentioned. The members of the successful teams clearly stated the necessity of these factors. In addition to these five factors, members having a common past and being a volunteer on the team are the other factors which affect the success of a team.
