Abstract:
Hisse senetleri piyasasında yatırımcıların kararlarının belirlenmesinde en önemli faktörlerden biri hisse senetlerinin fiyatlarıdır. Finansal piyasaların gelişmesi ile birlikte hisse senedi fiyatları makro ekonomik değişkenlere karşı son derece duyarlı hale getirmiştir. Bu piyasanın gelişmesi yatırımcıların alacakları kararlarda hisse senedi fiyatlarını etkileyen makro ekonomik değişkenlerin doğru bir şekilde belirlenmesi gerekliliğini ortaya çıkarmıştır. Bu tez çalışması kapsamında genel olarakæ Hisse senedi fiyatlarını etkileyen makro ekonomik değişkenler hakkında bilgi verilmiş, uygulama kısmında iseæ araştırma yöntemi olarak kullanılan "regresyon analizi" yardımıylaæ döviz kuru, toptan eşya fiyat endeksi, sanayi üretimi endeksi, imalat sanayi üretimi endeksi, altın fiyatları, para arzı, büyüme, ve faiz oranı değişkenlerinin İMKB endeksi üzerinde ne yönde ve hangi şiddette etki yarattıkları incelenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre İç Borçlanma Faiz Oranları ile hisse senedi fiyatları arasında negatif yönlü bir ilişki olduğu, buna karşılık Toptan Eşya Fiyat Endeksi, İMKB-100 Endeksi, Büyüme Oranları ile hisse senedi fiyatları arasında pozitif yönlü bir ilişki olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Stock prices is one of the important factors shaping the investment decisions in an stock market. Development of financial markets have made stock markets vulnerable against macroeconomic variables. Development of these markets have introduced necessity of accurately identifying the macro ekonomic variables affecting stock prices for the investment decisions. Under the scope of this thesisæ generally information about macro economic variables which affect the stock prices where as in the application field with the help of "regression analysis" the severity and extent of foreign exchange rate, index of wholesale prices, index of industrial production, index of manufacturing industrial production, gold prices, money supplies, growth, indeks of IMKB-100 and interest rate variables on the stock prices. According to the results, it appeared to be a negative relationship between interest rates and stock prices, whereas the positive relationship between index of wholesale prices, indeks of IMKB-100, growth and stock prices seemed to be exist.
