2000 sonrası Türkiye sineması'nda kültürel, siyasal, toplumsal ve ekonomik hayatın gerçekçi temsili

Abstract

Türkiye, 2000-2010 yılları arasında, ekonomik büyüme ve siyasal alanda yaşanan değişimlerin etkisiyle, toplumsal ve kültürel alanda da önemli değişimlerin yaşandığı bir süreçten geçmektedir. Türkiye Sineması da, yine aynı dönemde, özellikle çekilen film ve izleyici sayısında yaşanan artışla beraber bir yükseliş trendine girdiğini göstermektedir. Henüz endüstrileşme aşamasını tamamlamamış olan Türkiye Sineması'ndaki bu büyümenin büyük ölçüde dışsal faktörlerin bir sonucu olduğu söylenebilir. Özellikle televizyon endüstrisinin, sermaye, ekipman, teknik ekip ve oyuncu kaynaklarının bu alanda yaygın olarak kullanımı film sayısını arttırmıştır. İkinci faktör ise, film çekiminde kullanılan dijital teknolojilerin ucuzlayıp yaygınlaşmasıdır. Bu faktörlerin etkisiyle, Türkiye Sineması'nda film ve seyirci sayısında bir patlama yaşanmaktadır ancak yine bu faktörlerin etkisiyle, toplumsal hayatın gerçekçi bir temsilini sunmaya çalışan filmlerin sayısı oldukça azdır. Turkey is undergoing a process involving important changes in social and cultural domain under the influence of economical growth and changes in the political field between 2000 and 2011. Turkey's Cinema also displays a rising trend in the same period with the increase in, especially, the number of films made and the magnitude of audience. It can be said that, this growth in Turkey's Cinema, which has not yet completed its industrialization stage, is due to, to a great extent, the external factors. Especially an extensive use of the capital, equipment, technical crew and actor resources of television industry has increased the number of the films made. A second facfor can be named as that the prices of the digital technologies in filmmaking had decreased and they had become more widespread. Under the influence of said factors, there is a boom in the numbers of film and audience in Turkey's Cinema, however, again under the influence of the same factors, the number of the films that are seeking to provide a realistic representation of social life is quite few.
