Galamian Yöntemi'nin Keman Çalma Performansı Üzerindeki Etkisi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı Galamian keman eğitim yöntemlerinin keman çalma performansı üzerindeki etkilerini araştırmaktadır. Son ? test araştırma modelinin kullanıldığı araştırmanın deneklerini Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Devlet Konservatuarı'nın 10. ve 11. Sınıfına devam eden 4 keman öğrencisi oluşturmuştur. Deney grubunu oluşturan 2 öğrenciye Galamian yöntemi ile keman eğitimi uygulanmış, kontrol gurubundaki 2 öğrenciye de Rus keman eğitimi uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen Keman Çalma Performansı Gözlem Formu ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizi sonucunda elde edilen bulgular, Galamian'ın keman eğitim yönteminin keman çalma performansı üzerindeki Rus keman eğitimine göre deney grubunun lehine anlamlı düzeyde fark oluşturduğu yöndedir. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Galamian?s violin teaching methods upon violin performance. Four 10th and 11th grade high school violin students from the Izmir (D.E.U.) State Conservatory participated in a study based on a `final exam? model. The Galamian Technique was used on the two students who formed the test group, while the control group, composed of the other two students, was prepared using another Russian teaching method. Data from the study was collected via a violin performance evaluation form developed by the researcher. Analysis of the data collected yielded marked results in favor of the test group, indicating a significant Russian teaching methods.
