Bilgisayar destekli tasarım programlarıyla seramik ürünlerin modellenmesi ve bir pisuar uygulaması

Abstract

Bilgisayar destekli tasarım kavramı günümüz endüstrisinde ürün tasarlamak ve geliştirmek için kullanılan önemli bir sistemdir. Hazırlanan bu çalışma; bilgisayar destekli tasarımın ve sunumun tanımını, bilgisayar destekli tasarım programlarındaki temel modelleme biçimlerini, seramik ürünleri modellemede ne tip yöntemlerin izlenebileceğini ve bu programların kullanımının tasarım safhasında yarattığı kolaylıkları içermektedir. Çağımızda endüstri kuruluşlarının hemen hemen hepsinde kullanılmaya başlamış olan bilgisayarlar bir ürünün tasarlanmasından üretimine kadar her aşamasında yerini almaktadır. Yaklaşık son on beş yıldır ülkemiz seramik endüstrisinde de yerlerini almış olan bilgisayar destekli tasarım sistemleri sayesinde ürün kalitesi ve üretim gücü artmış, tasarımcının ve bilgisayarların interaktif ilişkisi sayesinde tasarım kavramında da önemli gelişmeler gözlenmiştir. Bu bağlamda hazırlanan çalışmada endüstri kuruluşları tarafından üretilen seramik ürünlerde, hazırlanan modellerin analiz yöntemleri, bilgisayar sistemlerinin üretimde nasıl kullanıldığı, tasarlanan bir ürün üzerindeki uygulamalarla gösterilecektir. The concept of computer aided design (CAD) is an important system which is used for product design and development in today's industry (facilities.) My work includes, the definition of computer aided design and drafting, the basic methods of designing ceramic products and the conveniences of using these products during design phases. In our age, computers are started to be used in almost all means of industry corporations thus they take place in every stage of product design and manifacturing. Thanks to the systems of computer aided design, which have been taking part nearly about fifteen years in our ceramic industry, the quality of products and the proficiency of manufacturing have raised, with the interactive communication between the designer and the computer, considerable developments have been observed. Under the light of the above given information, my work is aimed to show via practices on a designed work, the analysis methods of the prepared models and the use of computer systems during the production process of ceramic products which are produced by industrial corporations.
