Bir konfeksiyon işletmesinde üretim planlaması ve optimizasyonu

Abstract

Ülkemizde konfeksiyon işletmelerinin birçoğu fason üretim gerçekleştirmektedir. Kendi moda ve markalarını yaratmadıkları için tamamen müşteriden gelen talebe uygun olarak kumaş tedariki gerçekleştirilmektedirler. Sipariş üzerine çalışma, işletmeleri zaman baskısı altına aldığı için, çok fazla tedarikçi ile çalışma zorunluluğu doğmaktadır. Tedarikçiler arasında çoğu zaman seçim yapma şansının olmaması nedeniyle, kalite ve teslimat sorunları gibi bir dizi problemle karşılaşılmaktadır.Bu çalışmada, sipariş üzerine üretim yaptıran bir konfeksiyon işletmesinde, sipariş olmaksızın belirli kumaş türlerinde sürekli üretim yaptırılmasına yönelik bir model önerilmiştir. Önerinin çalışma şekli simülasyon yöntemi ile test edilmiştir. Denemeler sonucunda önerilen sistemde kumaş tedarik süresinde istatistiksel olarak önemli bir düşüş sağlandığı, taşıma ve sipariş verme maliyetlerinde sağlanan azalma ile önerilen sistemin toplam maliyetinin mevcut çalışma sisteminin maliyetinden daha düşük olduğu görülmüştür.Tüm bu sonuçlar dikkate alındığında önerilen sistemin uygulanabilir olduğunun savunulabileceğine karar verilmiştir. In our country, most of apparel companies are the subcontractors. As they don't produce fashion and have their own brand name, they supply fabrics fully depending on their customer demand. Time compression fo r these make to order companies force them to work with many fabric supplier without a proper selection. As a result, they face quality and delivery problems time to time.In this study, working model containing fabric supplying for most used fabrics without collecting order in heaviy working season, is proposed for make to order apparel subcontractors. The proposal is tested with simulation method. At the end of the trials, it is concluded that with the proposal working model, the decrease at lead time for fabric supplying is statistically significant, the total cost of the new working model is less than the cost of the current working model because of the decrease at transport and order costs.As the all results are taken into consideration, it is decided that the feasibility of the proposal working model can be argued.
