Kuru yöntemle kömür zenginleştirmenin türk kömürlerine uygulanması

Abstract

Son yıllarda kuru yöntemle kömür zenginleştirme teknolojisinin gelişmesi, yaş yöntemlere alternatif olarak, bu yöntemin tekrar gündeme gelmesini sağlamıştır. Özellikle zenginleştirme işleminde havanın kullanılması yaş yöntemlerde kullanılan suyun neden olduğu sorunların ortadan kalkmasına sağlamıştır. Bu çalışmada kuru kömür zenginleştirme yöntemlerinin tarihsel gelişimi, mevcut teknolojik durumu ve ticari uygulamaları hakkında detaylı bilgi verilecektir. Ayrıcason yıllarda zenginleştirme ekipmanlarının performansını arttırmak için yapılan teknolojik çalışmalar değerlendirilecektir. Recent developments in dry coal processing technology as an alternative to wet methods have brought this method to be on the agenda again. Use of air in coal benefication eliminates the problems caused by water used in wet methods. In this study, a detailed background will be presented about the historical development, the current technological status and the commercial practises of dry coal processing. More recent technological studies to improve the performance of the benefication equipmentswill also be evaluated.
