Esneklik ve değişebilirliğin çelik iskeletli çok katlı konut yapılarında irdelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı esneklik ve değişebilirliğin çelik iskeletli çok katlı konut yapılarında olanaklarının araştırılması ve incelenen örneklerde ortaya konmasıdır. Tezin araştırma safhasında, incelenecek örnekler için değerlendirme kriterlerine veri olacak konular araştırılmıştır. Yapılan araştırmalar doğrultusunda esneklik amaçlı konut yapılarında dikkat edilmesi gereken hususlar ortaya konmuş ve ardından değerlendirme kriterleri belirlenmiştir. Değerlendirme kriterlerinin tespitinden sonra bu kriterler doğrultusunda seçilen örnekler irdelenmiştir. Son olarak irdelenen örneklerden edinilen veriler bir tabloda toplanmış ve karşılaştırılmıştır. Sonuç olarak esneklik amaçlı çelik iskeletli çok katlı konut yapıları için önerilerde bulunulmuştur. The aim of this study is to search the flexibility and the variability the context multi story steel structural residential buildings and to display in the examples. In the research stage of the thesis, topics were studied that can be data for evaluation criteria of examples. In that the research, notable points were introduced in flexibility based residential buildings and evaluation criteria were determined. After determining of evaluation criteria, examples chosen in accordance with these criteria analyzed. Finally, data came from analyzed examples were got together and compared. In conclusion, suggestions made for flexibility based multi story steel structural residental buildings.
