Abstract:
Ülkemiz kalsit rezervi olarak oldukça zengin olmasına karşın sanayi sektöründeki yenilikler, rekabet gücü, farklı pazar arayışları nedeniyle son yıllarda Presipite Kalsiyum Karbonat (PCC) üretimine karşı bir ilgi oluşmuştur. Türkiye'de hemen hemen her bölgede bulunan kalsit, son ve modern öğütme teknolojileri ile mikron mertebelerine indirilerek gerek sanayi, gerek endüstri, gerek yapı sektörlerinde oldukça fazla kullanılmaktadır. Buna karşın, Presipite Kalsiyum Karbonat özellikle kağıt, boya ve plastik sektöründe üreticilere sağladığı bir takım avantajlar nedeniyle son yıllarda ilgi duyulan bir ürün olmuştur. Ancak Türkiye'de üretimi sınırlı ve geliştirilememiştir. Bu çalışmada Presipite Kalsiyum Karbonat üretimi yapılmış ve Türkiye pazar ihtiyacı araştırılmıştır. Sonuç çalışmada Öğütülmüş Kalsiyum Karbonat üretim yöntemi ve Türkiye pazar ihtiyacı ile araştırmadan elde edilen bilgiler karşılaştırılmıştır. Although Turkey is rich in calcit reserves, the innovations in the industry sector, competitive strength, search for new markets let to an interest towards the production of Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (PCC). Calcite -which can be found almost in every region in Turkey-, is being used exceedingly in industry and construction in microns, diminished by the latest modern grinding technologies. However, especially in the production of paper, paint and plastic, PCC is more popular as a product since it has its own advantages to these sectors. However, it's production stayed limited and unimproved is Turkey. In this study, the production of Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (PCC) has been produced and the marketing possibilities for Turkey were examined. As a result, Ground Calcium Carbonate production process and Turkish Market Research has been compared.
