Non steroidal anti-inflamatuar ilaçların yeni türevlerinin sentezi

Abstract

İbuprofen, 2-aril propiyonik asit türevleri içinde ilk bulunan ve en fazla kullanılan moleküldür. Analjezik, antipretik, ve anti-inflamatuar etkinliği diğer 2-aril propiyonik asit türevlerine oranla daha zayıftır. İbuprofen ağrı kesici ilaçların birçoğunda etkin madde olarak kullanılmaktadır. İbuprofenin en sık görülen yan etkisi, gastrointestinal şikayetlerdir. Bu çalışmada siklooksigenaz enzimine karşı seçici olmayan non steroidal anti-inflamatuar bileşik olan ibuprofenden yola çıkılarak, anti-inflamatuar etkinliği ibuprofenden daha fazla ve COX-2 enzimine karşı seçici olabilecek yeni ibuprofen türevleri sentezlenmiştir. Sentezlenen türevlerin, erime noktaları saptandıktan sonra, FT-IR ve 1H-NMR spektroskopisi yöntemleriyle yapıları aydınlatılmıştır. Ibuprofen is a molecule which is the first presented in the 2- aryl propionic acid derivatives and the most commonly used. Analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory activity is weaker than the other 2-aryl propinic acid derivatives. Ibuprofen is used as an active matter in most of the painkiller drugs. The most common side effect of ibuprofen is gastrointestinal complaints. In this study, ibuprofen based which is a non selective against the cyclooxygenase enzyme that a non steroidal anti-inflammatory compound, the new ibuprofen derivatives were synthesized whose anti-inflammatory activity is more than ibuprofen. After determination of the melting points of all synthesized derivatives, their structures were identified by FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopic methods.
