Pb, Ag ve Sb katkı atomlarıyla hazırlanmış YBaCuO süperiletken sistemlerinin elektriksel parametrelerinin saptanması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada YBa2Cu3-xAxOy yüksek sıcaklık süperiletken bileşiğine Ag, Pb ve Sb katkısının etkileri incelenmiştir. Örnekler bakır (Cu) yerine (x=0.01) gümüş (Ag), kurşun (Pb), antimon (Sb) katkısı yapılarak katı hal tepkime yöntemi ile hazırlanmıştır._x000B_YBCO süperiletken bileşiğine Ag, Pb, Sb etkisi, örneklerin içerdiği süperiletken ve safsızlık fazları, x-ışını toz kırınım (XRD) desenleri incelenerek saptanmıştır. Taramalı elektron mikroskobu (SEM) yardımıyla da örneklerin tanecik boyutları incelenmiştir. In this study, the effects of Ag, Pb and Sb doping on the properties of high temperature superconductor YBa2Cu3-xAxOy was investigated. The samples were prepared by substituting silver (Ag), lead (Pb) and antimon Sb (x= 0.01) for Cu with solid state reaction method._x000B_The effect of Ag, Pb and Sb doping on the YBCO superconductor composite superconducting and inpurity phases which the samples involve were determined by X-Ray diffraction patterns (XRD). The microstructure of the samples was analyzed with the help of scanning electron microscope (SEM).
