Liselerde örgüt kültürü (Sincan örneği)

Abstract

Bu araştırma, resmi liselerde görev yapan öğretmenlerin okul kültürüne ilişkin algılarını belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2007-2008 öğretim yılında, Ankara İli Sincan İlçesi'ndeki 15 lisede görev yapan 244 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak "Kişisel Bilgi Formu" ve "Okul Kültürü Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada iki alt problem yanıtlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, t- testi, Tek Yönlü Varyans Çözümlemesi (F) ve LSD Önemlilik Testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulguları aşağıdaki gibi özetlenebilir: Öğretmenlerin okul kültürünün geneline ilişkin algıları "katılıyorum" düzeyindedir. Öğretmenlerin okul kültürüne ilişkin algıları branş, okul yaşı ve okul türü değişkenleri bakımından önemli farklılık göstermektedir. Öte yandan, okul kültürünün hem geneli, hem de alt boyutlarına ilişkin öğretmen algıları cinsiyet, yaş, okuldaki görev süresi, öğretmenlik kıdemi, mezun olunan okul türü değişkenleri açısından önemli farklılık göstermemektedir. The aim of this study is caried on to clarify the public high school teachers' perception about school culture. The research sample consisted of 244 teachers, working in Ankara, Sincan in the 2007-2008 academic year. "Personal Data Form" and "School Culture Inventory" were used to collect the data for the research. Two research questions were answered in the research. Arithmetic mean, standart deviation, t- test, One Way ANOVA (F) and Test of Significance were used to anlyze the data. The results of the research are summarized below: Teachers' scores of perceptions of school culture in general is in the level of "I agree". Teachers' scores of perceptions of school culture show significant differences in terms of their branch, the age of school and school type. On the other hand, teachers' scores of perceptions of school culture both in general and concerning the sub-dimensions vary in terms of such variables as their gender, age, the duration of service at school , the duration of teaching service and graduated school.
