İlköğretim fen ve teknoloji ders öğretmenlerinin yaratıcılık kavramına ilişkin görüşleri

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı Fen ve Teknoloji Ders Öğretmenlerinin yaratıcılık ve yaratıcılıkla ilgili uygulamalar hakkındaki görüşlerini belirlemektir. Bu araştırma, yaratıcı eğitim hedefine ulaşma noktasında nerede olduğumuzu belirlememiz için bize yardımcı olacaktır. Araştırma tarama modelindedir. Bu araştırmanın evrenini İzmir ili Bergama ilçesinde bulunan MEB'e bağlı resmi ve özel öğretim kurumlarında bulunan Sınıf öğretmenleri ve Fen ve Teknoloji öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise basit tesadüfi örneklem yoluyla seçilmiş okullarda görevli olan 15 Sınıf ve 15 Fen ve Teknoloji öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Görüşme tekniğinin kullanılmasına karar verildikten sonra araştırmacı tarafından bir görüşme formu geliştirilmiştir. Görüşme yapılan öğretmenlerden elde edilen verilerin çözümlenmesinde, içerik analiz metodu kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonunda öğretmenlerin yaratıcılık, yaratıcı birey ve özellikleri kavramına yabancı olmadıkları bu kavramlar hakkında bilgi sahibi olduğu görülmüştür. Öğretmenler yaratıcı eğitim için gerekli teknikleri bilmekte ve uygulamaktadır. Araştırmada ders kitaplarının, ölçme tekniklerinin, sınıf ortamının, teknolojinin ve dereceli puanlama anahtarının yaratıcılığa etkisi hakkında öğretmen görüşleri de incelenmiştir. Bu konuda öğretmenler olumlu ve olumsuz etkilerden birlikte bahsetmişlerdir. Bir genelleme yapmak zordur. This research will guide us to determine our position about the point of the target releated with creative aducation. This study is a survey test. The universe of this study composed of science and technology teachers and primary school teachers that work in govermental schools or private schools that are bound to ministry of Turkish National education. The sample of this research is composed of by 15 primary and 15 science and technology teachers that work in school which are chosen by simple random sample. In data collection, semi structered negotiation technique was used. After determining the usage of negotiation technique, a nagotiation form was developed by reseacher. In solving the data that is collected by the result of negotiated teachers, content analysis method was used. At the end of the research, it has been observed that teachers are not foreigner about the consept of creativity, creative individual and characteristic of creative individual and they have knowledge about these concepts. Teachers know the essential techniques for creative education and they apply these techniques. In research, teachers' opinions have also been examined about the effects of coursebooks, measuring techniques, classroom environment, technology and degree scoring answer key on creativity. In this topic, teachers talked about both positive and negative effect together. It is difficult to make a general statement.
