Konuşma becerisinin ilköğretim öğrencilerine öğretimi üzerine bir inceleme

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı; ilköğretim 6-8. sınıf öğrencilerinin İlköğretim Türkçe Dersi (6-8. sınıf) Öğretim Programı'nda belirtilen konuşma becerisi kazanımlarını uygulayabilme düzeyini ve 6-8. sınıf Türkçe Ders Kitaplarındaki etkinliklerin, konuşma becerilerini ne düzeyde kazandırabildiğini tespit etmektir._x000B_Ayrıca; öğrencilerin konuşma becerisi kazanımlarını davranışa dönüştürebilme düzeylerini anket aracılığıyla saptamak ve tespitlerde bulunmak da çalışmanın amaçları arasında yer almaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, daha fazla öğrencinin gözlem sonucunu alabilmek için anketler, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı ilköğretim okullarındaki Türkçe öğretmenlerine uygulanmıştır._x000B_İlköğretim 6-8. sınıf Türkçe ders kitaplarında konuşma becerisinin metinlere ait etkinliklerdeki işlenişi hakkında tespitlerde bulunmak için, 2009-2010 eğitim-öğretim yılında 6-8. sınıflarda kullanılan Türkçe ders kitaplarına, çalışma kitaplarına, öğretmen kılavuz kitaplarına ulaşılmıştır. Kitaplar genel anlamda değil, metinlere indirgenerek incelenmiştir, yorumlanmıştır ve konuşma becerisine yönelik kazanımların genel kazanımlara oranları hesaplanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında yapılan, inceleme ve istatistiksel analizler sonucunda, İlköğretim 6-8. sınıf öğrencilerinin İlköğretim Türkçe Dersi (6-8. sınıf) Öğretim Programı'nda belirtilen konuşma becerisi kazanımlarını uygulayabilme becerilerinin orta düzeyde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Yapılandırmacı yaklaşım çerçevesinde hazırlanan İlköğretim 6-8. sınıf Türkçe Öğretmen Kılavuz Kitaplarında yer alan konuşma becerisine yönelik etkinlikle ve anket sonuçlarına ait veriler; sonuç, öneriler ve tartışma bölümünde yorumlanmıştır.
