İlköğretimde taşımalı eğitim öğrencilerinin sorunları

Abstract

Bu araştırma ilköğretim okullarımızda uygulanan taşımalı eğitim ile ilgili olumlu ve olumsuz özellikleri ortaya çıkarmak amacıyla yapılmıştır._x000B_Ülkemizde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı herkese ve eşit eğitim olanağını sağlayabilmek için farklı uygulamalar yapmaktadır. ?Taşımalı Eğitim? de bunlardan biridir. Bu araştırmada yönetici, öğretmen, öğrenci ve veli görüşlerinden yola çıkılarak uygulamanın olumlu ve olumsuz özellikleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır._x000B_Araştırma tarama modelinde bir araştırmadır. Araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan yönetici-öğretmen görüşleri ölçeği, öğrenci görüşleri ölçeği ve veli görüşme formu belirlenen örneklemde uygulanmış; elde edilen veriler SPSS 15.0 istatistik programında çözümlenmiştir. Çözümlemede aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, t-testi, varyans analizi ve korelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Ortaya çıkan veriler sonuçlar olarak belirlenmiş, bu sonuçlara dayalı bulgular ve yorumlar ortaya konmuştur._x000B_Asıl amaç ortaya konulan olumlu ve olumsuz özelliklerden yola çıkarak, uygulamanın eksik yönlerini belirlemek ve bunları geliştirmeye yönelik çalışmalara ön ayak olmaktır. Çalışma sonucunda erkek öğrencilerin taşımalı ilköğretim uygulamasına yönelik olarak kız öğrencilerden daha olumsuz görüşlere sahip olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Ayrıca 8. sınıf öğrencileri de diğer sınıf seviyelerindeki öğrencilerden daha olumsuz görüşlere sahiptir. Öğrencilerin okula geliş mesafeleri arttıkça da uygulamaya yönelik görüşlerinin olumsuzlaştığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Araştırma göstermiştir ki, öğretmenler uygulamaya yönelik olarak yöneticilere göre daha olumlu görüşlere sahiptir ve mesleki çalışma süreleri yükseldikçe de görüşler olumlulaşmaktadır. Taşımalı ilköğretim uygulamasına yönelik yapılan bu araştırma göstermiştir ki yönetici, öğretmen, öğrenci ve veliler, uygulamanın devam etmesi gerektiğini ancak taşıma, beslenme gibi temel konularda bazı eksiklerinin giderilmesi gerektiğini düşünmektedirler. Çalışma sonucunda tespit edilen bulgulardan yola çıkılarak öneriler geliştirilmiş ve çalışma içinde sunulmuştur. This study is carried out to reveal the pluses and minuses of transported education which is in practice in our Primary Schools._x000B_In our country, The Ministry of National Education performs different applications in order to provide everyone with fair education opportunities. And ?Transported Education? is one of them. In this study, the positive and negative aspects of this practice was determined based on the views of the directors, teachers, students and parents._x000B_This is a screening model study. The scale factors of director-teacher views and students? views, parent-teacher meeting forms which are prepared by the researcher were carried out in the given samples, and the data acquired were analyzed by the statistic program SPSS 15.0. Arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, analysis of variance and correlation analysis were utilized during the analysis. The datum which came up as a result of this analysis were determined as the results, and the findings and interpretations based on these results were presented._x000B_The primary goal is to determine the negative aspects of the practice and take the lead in the studies enhancing them by starting from those positive and negative aspects. Some findings of the study are these: When we look for students; boys have more negative ideas than girls about transported education. Also the students in 8. class are more negative ideas than the other students. The students who transport from far places have negative ideas too. When we look for directors and teachers; teachers have more positive ideas about transported education. This study showed that directors, teachers, student and parents think transported education system should be continue but after some negative aspects (about transport and nutrition) remove. Based on the findings that were achieved at the end of the study, suggestions were brought forward and were presented in this study.
