Birleşmiş Milletlerin Göçmen İşçilere İlişkin Sözleşmesi

Abstract

Birlesmis Milletler Genel Kurulunun 45/158 sayılı ve 18 Aralık 1990 tarihli Kararı ile kabul edilen Tüm Göçmen Đsçilerin ve Aile Fertlerinin Haklarının Korunmasına Dair Uluslararası Sözlesme, 1 Temmuz 2003 tarihinde yürürlüğe girmistir. Çalısmada, Tüm Göçmen Đsçilerin ve Aile Fertlerinin Haklarının Korunmasına Dair Uluslararası Sözlesme temel özellikleriyle ele alınarak; göçmen isçilerin çalısma hakkı ve çalısma hakkı ile bağlantılı diğer hakları Sözlesme kapsamında incelenecektir. The International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families (ICMW) adopted by United Nations General Assembly Resolution 45/158 of 18 December 1990 entered into force in 1 July 2003. In this study the main features of the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families will be discussed and especially migrant workers right to work and the other rights related with right to work will be examined in the scope of the Convention.
