Hemşirelik Bakımında Bütünün Bir Parçası: Nörovasküler Tanılama

Abstract

Kas iskelet sistemi travması geçiren hastalar için nörovasküler tanılama (NVT) çok önemlidir. Bu travmalar nörovasküler bozulma vekompartman sendromu gibi komplikasyonlara neden olmaktadır. Kas iskelet sistemi travmasından sonra ekstremitede yaralanmaya sekondergelişebilen iskeminin belirlenmesi ve uygun şekilde yönetilmesi açısından NVT hemşirelik bakımının ayrılmaz bir parçasıdır. Buna rağmenTürk hemşirelik literatüründe bu konuya ilişkin bir kaynağa ulaşılamamıştır. Aynı zamanda literatürde NVT'nın sıklığı ile ilgili herhangi birkanıt bulunmamaktadır. Bu derlemede nörovasküler bozulma ve kompartman sendromu, komplikasyonların erken dönemde saptanması veetkili yönetilmesinde NVT'nın önemi, NVT'da kullanılan değerlendirme ölçütleri ve hemşirenin NVT'daki rolü yer almaktadır. The neurovascular assessment (NVA) is very importmant for patients with musculoskeletal trauma. The trauma caused by complicationssuch as neurovascular impairment and compartment syndrome. The NVA is integral to the nursing care of patients with musculoskeletaltrauma in order that development of secondary ischaemic injury of the affected extremity is detected and managed promptly. But anyresource related this topic couldn't achieve in the current Turkish nursing literature. Also there wasn't evidence related frequency of NVA inthe literature. This review article are included neurovascular impairment and compartment syndrome, the importance of NVA ondetermination of complications early and effective management of them, the assessment criterias of NVA, and nursing role of NVA.
