Ebeveyn Eğitim Programlarını Değerlendirme Rehberi

Abstract

CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) Modeli 1983 yılında Stufflebeam tarafından geliştirilen bir ebeveyn eğitimi programı değerlendirmerehberidir. Bu rehber ebeveyn eğitimi programının amaçları, içeriği, yöntemleri, uygulanması ve sonuçları başlıkları altında birdeğerlendirme çerçevesi sunmaktadır. Ayrıca ebeveyn eğitimi programlarının uygulanması öncesi, sırası ve sonrasında içeriğindekideğerlendirme maddelerinin mutlaka oluşturulması ve bu maddelere göre değerlendirilmesi gerektiğini vurgular. Kullanılan ya dakullanılması düşünülen ebeveyn programı içeriğinin ve programda kullanılan eğitim yöntemlerinin teorik yapılara ve programın etkililiğinikanıtlara temellendirilmesini sağlar. Model; durum içerik, süreç, sonuç olmak üzere dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Bu çalışmada CIPPmodelinin ana ilkeleri sunulmaktadır. The CIPP Model was developed by Stufflebeam in 1983. This guideline provides a framework for evaluation under the headings ofobjectives of the parent training program, content of the parent training program, parent training methods, implementation of the parenttraining program, and outcomes of the parent training program. Furthermore guideline emphasizes that the evaluation criteria in the contentshould be absolutely composed before, during and after the application of parent programs, and that the evaluation should be conducted inaccordance with these criteria. The model enables the content of the parent programs used or likely to be used and the instructional methodsused throughout the program to be based on theoretical grounds and the efficacy of the program to be based on evidence. CIPP Model isconsisted of four part, namely context, input, process, product. Model's framework is presented in this study.
