DİN-DÜNYA İLİŞKİSİ BAОLAMINDA DîŽNîŽ AHKAMDA GÖRÜLEN DEĞžİŞİM VE GELİŞİM SÜRECİ

Abstract

Din-dünya iliskisi bağlamında ilahi vahiylerde yer alan ahkamda belli birtekamül süreci söz konusudur. Bu tekamül süreci, Kur'an ahkamındatedricilik ve kolaylastırma prensibi ısığında devam etmistir. Hz.Peygamber, bilhassa fiili sünnetinde söz konusu süreci değisim ve gelisimsüreci yönünde devam ettirmis, sahabe de bunu aynı sekildebenimsemistir. Selef ve mezhep imamları ise, mevcut ahkamı olduğu gibikorumakla birlikte hakkında hüküm bulunmayan hususları benimsedikleridinamik ictihad anlayısı sayesinde kesintiye uğratmadan hükmebağlamıstır. Bu sayede Müslümanlar için ilk dönemler itibarıyla bir dindünyaayırımı problemi ortaya çıkmamıstır. A certain development is considered in the judgement of divineinspiration in World-Religion context. This development, in the Quranicjudgement, lasted under the shed of graduality and easyness principles.The Prophet Muhammad, especially in his actual sunnah, continued theso-called process towards the development and evolution. Hiscompanions kept this tradition as it was. While predecessor and theleaders of schools preserved the present judgement as it was, theyreached conclusion without interruption regarding the silent issuesthrough the dynamic ijtihad principle. Therefore, Muslims did notencounter a World-Religion problem at the beginning (of IslamicCivilization).
