ARAPÇA SÖZLÜKLERDE VE TEFSİRLERDE SEMANTİK AÇIDAN H-C-C KAVRAMI

Abstract

Bu makalemizde h-c-c kökü ve bundan türeyen kelimelerin Arapça sözlüklerde ve tefsirlerde hangi manalara geldigini ele almaya çalısacagız. Burada yapmak istedigimiz asıl sey, bu kökten türeyen kelimelerin hac ile ne kadar iliskili oldugunu belirlemektir. Yaptıgımız arastırma neticesinde bu kökten türeyen yedi fiilden sadece ikisinin, on sekiz isimden ise yalnızca dördünün Kur'an-ı Kerim'de yer aldıgını gördük. Müfessirler genellikle bu kökten türeyen ve hac anlamında olmayan kelimeleri açıklarken, kök anlamına deginmemislerdir. In this study, we try to evaluate the root of h-j-j and the words derived from it and to determine in which meanings they were used in the Arabic dictionaries and the exegeses. Here, our main purpose is to bring out up to what extend these words have the relation with hajj. In the end of our research, we came to know that only two of the seven verbs and four of the eighteen nouns are mentioned in the Holy Quran. Exegetes generally didn't touch upon the root of word derived from h-j-j while they were explaining the words not have the meaning of hajj.
