BASİT NEM ALICI ISI POMPALI SÜREKLİ KURUTMA SİSTEMİNİN SİMULASYONU

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, basit nem alıcı ısı pompası destekli çapraz akımlı bir sürekli kurutma sistemi, ısı pompası ve sürekli kurutucu ünitesi olmak üzere iki kısımda incelenmiştir. Her iki üniteyi oluşturan elamanların matematik modelleri oluşturulduktan sonra elde edilen nonlineer denklemler, yine her iki ünite için ayrı ayrı TURBO PASCAL programlama dili kullanılarak hazırlanan bir program vasıtasıyla çözülmüştür. Sürekli kurutucu ünitesinin çıkış şartları, ısı pompası ünitesinin giriş şartları olarak kabul edilerek, tüm sistemin simülasyonu gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sistemin her noktasındaki değişkenler (sıcaklıklar, debiler, nem değerleri vs.) ve bu değişkenlere bağlı olarak sistemin performansı incelenmiş, sonuçlar literatürde mevcut deneysel ve sayısal sonuçlarla karşılaştırılmıştır. In this study, a simple dehumidifier heat pump assisted continuous dryer are investigated as two different sections, heat pump unit and continuous dryer unit. Nonlinear equations that are obtained from mathematical models of both units are solved by writing a computer program in Turbo-Pascal. Over all system is simulated by considering the inlet conditions of heat pump is exit conditions of continuous dryer. The variables at every points of the system such as temperature, flow rate and relative humidity and the performance of this system depending of these variables are investigated and obtained results are compared with experimental and numerical ones in available literature.
