Bu çalışmada çalışma süreleri ve gemi adamlarının çalışma süreleri ulusal ve uluslararası yasal düzenlemeler ve Avrupa Birliği mevzuatı ışığında incelenmiştir Working time falls within the Eurpean Union?s social policy, International Labour Organization and also Turkish Labour Law goals of improving the living and working conditions of workers.
