Türkiye'de Kobi'lere yönelik kamusal destekler ve bunun algılanmasına yönelik bir araştırma

Abstract

KOBİ'ler, ülke ekonomileri için büyük bir önem taşımaktadır. KOBİ'ler bir ekonominin sosyo-ekonomik yapısı çerçevesinde endüstrileşmesinin, sağlıklı kentleşmenin, optimum dağılım ve ticaret uygulamalarının sürükleyici faktörü ve vazgeçilmez öğesidir. Evrenselleşen piyasa ekonomisinin temeli olan rekabetin yerleşmesi ve devam ettirilebilmesi, KOBİ'lerin varlığına bağlıdır. Ülke ekonomilerine bu ve bunun gibi birçok katkısı olan KOBİ'lerin desteklenmesi ise, ayrı bir önem taşımaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, KOBİ'lerin ülke ekonomileri için önemini ortaya koymak, Türkiye'de KOBİ'lere yönelik destekleri tanıtmak ve KOBİ'lerin söz konusu desteklerden faydalanabilme durumunu analiz etmek, desteklerin daha uygulanabilir hale getirilebilmesi için alternatifler sunmaktır. "Türkiye'de KOBİ'lere Yönelik Kamusal Destekler ve Bunun Algılanmasına Yönelik Bir Araştırma" konulu tez çalışmasının KOBİ'lerin geçmişi, bugünü ve geleceği ile ilgili bütünleşik bir projeksiyon sunması, KOBİ'lerin önemini bir kez daha vurgulayarak KOBİ'lere dikkat çekmesi ve Türkiye'de KOBİ'lere yönelik desteklerin daha uygulanabilir hale getirilmesine yönelik alternatiflerle ilgili literatüre katkıda bulunması ve bu konuda çalışmada bulunan araştırmacılara faydalı bir kaynak olması umut edilmektedir. SMEs are very important for the national economies. SMEs are the fascinating and indispensable factors of the industrialization within the framework of socio-economic constitution, helathy urbanization, optimum distribution and trade applications. Settlement and sustenance of the competition that is the basic of universal market economy are bound up to the SMEs. Supporting of the SMEs are really important. The aim of this study is to show the importance of the SMEs for the national economies, to introduce the supportings oriented to the SMEs and to analyse the benefit of SMEs support in Turkey, to show the alternatives to make the supports more practicable. The thesis study named "Public Supports Oriented to SMEs and A Research Oriented to The Perception of This in Turkey" presents projection about the past, today and future of the SMEs, stresses on the importance of the SMEs, to present alternatives to make the supportings more practical and to conrtribute to the literature and it is hoped that this study will be a useful resource for researchers.
