Kültür turizmi bakımından Azerbaycan Şirvan bölgesinin arz potansiyelinin değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu ealismada bir turistik ürün olarak kültür turizmi ele alinnus, Azerbaycan'ın Dağlık Sirvan Bölgesi'nin kültür turizmi potansiyeli arastinlmistir. (Talismada Azerbaycan'da turizmin tarihi ve bugünkü durumu da ineelenmistir ve turizmin gelistirilmesi konusunda yapılabilecekler üzerinde durulmustur. Özellikle son zamanlar turizm konusunda çok ilgi çeken Azerbaycan'ın Dağlık Sirvan Bölgesi'nin turizm potansiyeli ele alınarak, burada kültür turizminin bölge ekonomisine, insanların sosyal yasamlanna ve çevresel açıdan ne gibi pozitif ve negatif etkilere neden olabileceği arastirilmistir. Alan calismasi için, tarihi ve doğal zenginlikleri nedeniyle devlet tarafından ve yatırımcılar tarafından ilgi alanı olan Dağlık Sirvan Bölgesi secilmistir. Arastirmanin ana konusunu bu bölgenin doğal özellikleri, iklimi ve tarihsel geli§imi, günümüz turizm arzı ve talebi, gecmi§ yılların da tecrübesi göz önünde bulundurularak kültür turizminin bu bölgedeki potansiyelinin ölçülmesi olusturmaktadir. Son bölümde yapılan anket calismasinin sonuçları, uzmanların konuyla ilgili bakislanni açıklamaktadır. Bu calisma Azerbaycan'ın Dağlık Sirvan Bölgesi'nde kültür turizmi açısından devlet ve özel sektörün hangi yönde yatırım yapabileceğini ve bu yatırımların bölgeye yapacağı etkiyi anlamak için yapilmi§tir. ^alisma sonucunda uzmanların bölgede kültür turizminin gelisimine olumlu baktıkları ve bölgede kültür turizminin gelisimi için gerekli olan yeterli turistik potansiyelin bulunduğu görülmektedir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Turistik Ürün, Kültür Turizmi, Dağlık §irvan Bölgesi. In this thesis is under debate cultural tourism and cultural tourism potentiel of Azerbaijan Mountainous Shirvan Region. In thesis is also analyzed the history of tourism in Azerbaijan and its conditions in nowadays, is discussed what can be done for development of tourism in future. As the Mountaious Shirvan Region of Azerbaijan became one of the most attractive touristic places today, in thesis is also searched how cultural tourism can effect regional economy, sosial life of nation and nature of this region. As a research area is choosen Mountainous Shirvan Region, which attracts many national and foreıgn investments because of its historical and natural resourses. The main theme of thesis is to analyze potential of cultural tourism development in this region by searching this region's natural resourses, climate, history, tourism demand and suply in today, The research, which is done in last part of thesis, shows us the view of specialists about this theme. The aim of this thesis is to analyze in which way national and foreign investments could be done for development of cultural tourism in Mountainous Shirvan Region and how it will effect to the region. In solution we can see that specialists have positive view to development of cultural tourism in here and this region have enough natural resourses, which are needed for it.
