YÖNETSEL ETKİLİLİK ÖLÇEĞİNİN TÜRKÇEYE UYARLANMASI

Abstract

Yükseköğretim örgütlerinin yönetsel etkililiklerinin değerlendirilmesi, yükseköğretim örgütlerinin daha iyi yönetilerek, bilimsel ve akademik amaçlarına ulaşmalarını sağlayacaktır. Bu yaklaşımdan hareketle, bu çalışmanın amacı, özgün formu Murry (1993) tarafından geliştirilen ve 2009 yılında güncellenen "Yönetsel Etkililik Ölçeği"ni Türkçeye uyarlamaktır. İlk etapta ölçeğin kapsam ve görünüş geçerliliği için uzman görüşü alınmış, sonra ölçeğin dil geçerliliği sağlanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini, 2009-2010 öğretim yılında 14 kamu üniversitesinin eğitim fakültelerinde görev yapmakta olan 1650 öğretim elemanı oluşturmaktadır. "Basit Seçkisiz (tesadüfi) Örnekleme" yöntemi kullanılan çalışmada 162 kişi örnekleme alınmıştır. Ölçeğin faktör yapısı açımlayıcı faktör analizi ile incelenmiş, ölçeğin beş faktörlü bir yapı gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. Ölçeğin boyutlarının Cronbah Alfa iç tutarlılık katsayıları, "planlama ve karar verme" .94, "örgütleme ve insan kaynakları yönetimi" .94, "ekip çalışması" .89, "iletişim" .90, "liderlik" .84'dür. The evaluation of the higher education managerial effectiveness will provide the higher education organizations to achieve their academic and scientific targets with a beter management. Henceforth of this approach, the aim of this study is to adapt "The Managerial Effectiveness Scale" into Turkish which was improved in 1993 and was updated in 2009 by Murry. As a first step the views of the authorities about the extent of the scale and availabilityof the sight were taken into consideration, then the langual availability of the sacle was provided. The division of the research is sahped by 1650 educational stuff who work in 14 public universities in 2009-2010. In the study which was held by the method of "Incidential Examplification", 162 persons were given as examples. The factor structure of the scale was examined by exploratory factorial analysis and it was identified t that the sacle has a five factorial structure. The Cronbah Alfa coefficient numbers of the scale are: "planning and deciding" 94, "organizing and the management of the recources" .94, "group study" .89, "communication" .90, "leadership" .84
