Oyun teorisi ve İMKB'de sektörel bir uygulama

Abstract

Etkileşimli karar verme durumlarında optimum karar seçeneğini bize sunan Oyun Teorisi, gerek günlük hayatımızda gerekse iş hayatında gün geçtikçe daha fazla yer almaktadır. Kullanıldığı alanlar ve bu alanlara uygulanmasıyla elde edilen sonuçların tutarlılığı görüldükçe konuya olan ilgi daha da artmaktadır. Teorinin çok daha sık kullanılacağı bir zamana yaklaştığımız görülecektir. Belirsizlik ve risk altında etkileşimli karar almaya yönelik yaklaşım oyun teorisidir. Oyun Teorisi, "Rakip hangi stratejiyi seçerse seçsin, kazanç söz konusuysa maksimumu, kayıp söz konusuysa minimumu veren optimal strateji yada strateji kombinasyonu ne olmalıdır?" sorusunun yanıtını vermektedir. Oyun Teorisi, 1920' lerde geliştirilmiş olmasına rağmen günümüzde karar alma sürecinde karşılıklı etkileşimin söz konusu olduğu her alanda uygulama alanı bulmuştur. Ekonomiden politikaya, işletmeden biyolojiye, uluslar arası ilişkilerden hukuka kadar birçok alan için vazgeçilmez bir araç halini almıştır. Bu çalışmada, rekabet ve/veya çatışma durumlarında optimum hareketin ne olduğu sorusunun cevabını veren oyun teorisinin temel kavram ve varsayımlarıyla, modelin matematiksel temelleri, genel çözüm yöntemleri üzerinde durulmuş ve İstanbul Menkul Kıymetler Borsası'nda bir uygulama yapılmıştır. Bu uygulama, borsaya yatırım yapan n -1 kişi bir oyuncu, borsaya yatırım yapmak isteyen yatırımcı da diğer oyuncu olmak üzere, "2 kişili sıfır toplamlı" oyunlar üzerine bir çalışmadır. Oyun teorisi kullanılarak bir yatırımcının, her ay için İMKB'deki 20 sektörden hangisinden veya hangilerinden hisse senedi alması gerektiği ile ilgili bir fikir verilmek istenmiştir. It will be seen that we come close to aperiod that theory will be used more often. Game Theory is a main approach to decision under risk and uncertainity. Game theory gives us the aswer of the question "what the optimal strategy must be fort he invester". The Game Theory gives us the optimal strategy as a maximum profit or minimum loses for each invester. Although developed in 1920s, today Game Theory has been widely applied to every field where mutual interaction in decision making process in concerned. İt has been an indispensable tool for many disciplines from economics to politics, management to biology, international relations to law. In this study it is dwelled on the general concepts and hypothesis, mathematical fundamentals and general solution methods of the Game Theory that answers the question of what the optimum behaviour should be in a competition and/or conflict. A practise has been made in Istanbul Stock Exchange. This practise consists of "2 person zero sum game" one of them is n -1 player who makes investments in stock exchange and the other playes is the one who wants to make investment in stock exchange. By the game theory an idea is wanted to be given for an investor in order to which of the sector/sectors' financial shares of IMKB should be bought.
