Kudsi hadis' olarak bilinen hadislerin kutsal metinler (Tevrat-İncil) ile ilişkisi

Abstract

Giriş bölümünde açıklamaya çalıştığımız üzere, Hadis Literatürü içerisinde ‘Kudsi Hadis' olarak yer alan hadislerin kaynağı hususunda farklı görüşler vardır. Bu görüşler temel olarak, bu hadislerin vahiy ürünü oldukları ya da olmadıkları kabulüne dayanmaktadır. Kudsi Hadisler, hadis literatürü içerisinde vahiyle bağlantılı olarak tanımlansalar da, bu tanımın geç sayılabilecek dönemde ortaya çıkmış olması, başlangıçta vahiy ürünü olarak yorumlanmadıkları şeklindeki düşünceye sebep olmuştur. Bu görüş dikkate alındığında ise, söz konusu hadislerin kaynaklarına dair yine farklı görüşler ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu görüşlerden biri, Kudsi Hadislerin geçmiş kitaplardan nakledilmiş metinler olabileceği şeklindedir. Söz konusu hadislerin geçmiş kitaplardan alındığını iddia edebilmek için, öncelikle Hz. Peygamber'in içinde bulunduğu şartların ve ortamın, yine Hz. Peygamber'in Ehl-i Kitaba bakışının buna imkan vermiş olması gerektir. Biz bu çalışmamızda, bu yüzden, Hz. Peygamber'in içinde yaşadığı toplumun yabancı kültür ve dinlerle münasebetine sebep olan amillere, bu yabancı kültür ve dinlerin sözü edilen toplumdaki varlık ve etki düzeylerine, Hz. Peygamber'in bu farklı din ve kültür müntesibi insanlarla ilişkilerine ve onlara karşı tutumuna değinmeyi gerekli gördük ve ilk iki bölümü bu konulara ayırdık. Üçüncü bölümde, ilk olarak Hz. Peygamber'in Kitab-ı Mukaddes bilgisine değinmeyi gerekli gördük ve bu konuda örnekler sunmaya çalıştık. Sonrasında ise, Kudsi Hadislerle, geçmiş kitaplar arasında bir ilişkinin varlığına işaret edebilecek Kudsi Hadis- Tevrat/ İncil metni benzerliklerine ilişkin misaller verdik. Sonuç olarak, Hz. Peygamber ve toplumun Ehl-i Kitabla münasebet ve onlara karşı tutumu dikkate alındığında, söz konusu görüşün gayet makul ve daha fazla araştırmayı bekleyen dikkate değer bir görüş olduğuna işaret etmeye çalıştık. About the source of hadiths, that are known as ‘Hadith Qudsi' in literature, there are different opinions and these opinions, basically based on the two agreements as the source of these hadiths is revelation or not. In literature, Hadith Qudsi is defined as a revelation but this definition had arised latelyæ because of this, it's thougt that these hadiths had not meaned as revelation in early times. If it's accepted that Hadith Qudsi is not revelation, another different opinions are discussed and one of them is that this hadiths had quoted from the old holy boks –the books of the Jewishs and Christs-. To claim that these hadiths were quoted from the books of Jewishs and Christs, at first, we must know that the conditions of Hz. Muhammed were suitable or not. And we must learn about the attitude of Hz. Muhammed to the Jewishs, Christs and their books. In this study, we needed to give place to the factors because of the relation between the different cultures/ religions and Hz. Muhammed/ his society. And we needed to attainThe Jewishs and The Christs in Hz. Muhammed's society and effects of them. Then we considered necessary to the attitude of Hz. Muhammed to these foreign people and their books. So, we appropriated the firs and the second parts to these themes. The third part is concerned the knowledge of Hz. Muhammed about the other books and the examples of similar Hadith Qudsi and the Old- New Testament texts, sign to a relation between them. Consequently, as we pay attension to the relation and attitude of Hz. Muhammed and his society with this foreign cultures and religions, the opinion as the ‘Hadith Qudsi's are quoted from another books is seem sensible, considerable and needs more studies.
