Birinci İzmir İktisat Kongresi ekonomik felsefesinin Türk ekonomisine yansımalarının analizi

Abstract

Birinci İzmir İktisat Kongresi ATATÜRK'ün kurmak istediği TAM BAĞIMSIZ devlet olma mücadelesinin önemli bir basamağıdır. Ekonomik bağımsızlık olmazsa bir devletin tam bağımsız olamayacağını tarihten çıkardığı için milletinin alacağı ekonomik kararların kongrede saptanmasını istemektedir. Bu nedenle kongreden çıkan kararlar zamanla uygulanmıştır. Bu uygulamalar arasında geçici bir liberal dönemden sonra devletin öncülük yaptığı devletçi bir politika yanında özel teşebbüsü destekleyen eklektik bir Karma Ekonomi Modeli 1950 yılına kadar uygulanmış ve başarılı olmuştur. Bundan sonra ülkede liberal politikaların ağırlık kazanmasıyla devletin sahip olduğu ekonomik kuruluşlar özelleştirilerek ATATÜRKÇÜ devletçilik anlayışı ortadan kalkmıştır. Kurduğu Türkiye Cumhuriyetini koruma görevini deæ TÜRK GENÇLİĞİNE emanet etmiştir. TÜRKİYE CUMHURİYETİ YAŞADIKÇA ATATÜRK DE YAŞAYACAKTIR VE " TÜRKİYE CUMHURİYETİ İLELEBET YAŞAYACAKTIR " The First Economic Congress of İzmir is an important step of ATATÜRK's efforts for making an absolute independent state. He realised from the history that a state can never be an absolute independent state without having the economic independence and for this reason he was expecting the congress to put the conditions of these economic resolutions as the national economic decisions. After a temporary time of economic liberation, an eclectic policy calledæ Mixed Model of Economy applied as a state controlled policy which was spearheaded by the government while supporting free enterprice up to the year 1950 with success. Afterwards, as the liberal policies gained more importance, government owned economic institutions were privatised and as a result of this the understanding of state controlled policy of ATATÜRK was terminated. He gave the obligation of defending the Turkish Republic founded by him to the Turkish Youth. As long as Turkish Republic lives ATATÜRK will live andæ " TURKISH REPUBLIC WILL LIVE FOREVER "
