Abstract:
Günümüzde vergi, hükümetlerin ülke ekonomisini yönetirken kullandığı önemli bir araçtır. Vergi politikaları ile ekonomi içinde yer alan sektörlerin gelişimi yönetilebilir. Özellikle madencilik gibi kırılgan yapıya sahip sektörlerde vergilendirme sektörün kaderini etkileyecek nitelik kazanır. Türkiye'de yarattığı istihdam ve ürettiği katma değer ile varlığı ülke ekonomisi için şart olan madencilik sektöründe vergi uygulamaları tezimizin konusudur. Bu tezde öncelikle madencilik hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Vergilendirmenin temel tanım ve kavramlarından sonra, madencilik sektöründe vergi uygulamaları açıklanmıştır.Today, tax is an important instrument used by goverments while directing national economy. Growth of sectors taking place in economy, can be directed with tax policies. Taxation gains a character that will effect on destiny of the sector, in the sectors having fragile structure like mining. Tax practises in mining sector, that is a must in economy with its creation of employment and added value, is the subject of our thesis. In this thesis firstly given information about mining. After basic description and conseption of taxation, tax practises in mining sector are explained.
