İş güvencesinin istihdam yaratılmasındaki işlevi

Abstract

İş güvencesi işverenin geçerli ve keyfi fesihlerine karşı işçiyi korumayı esas almaktadır; çünkü işçinin en büyük riski ve korkusu işini kaybetme korkusudur. İş güvencesi yoluyla işçinin korkusu azalacak ve onun gelceğe güvenle bakması sağlanarak işçiden daha iyi verim alınabilecektir. İstihdam yaratılması yoluyla da işsizlik azalır. Bu çalışma ile iş güvencesinin istihdam yaratılmasındaki işlevi anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. İş güvencesi hükümleri de zaten işçilerin istihdamda kalmasını amaçlamaktadır.
